Kenneth A. Trimber is the Chairman of the Board for KTA-Tator, Inc. Ken has been employed by KTA since 1968, where he worked on a part-time basis until his graduation from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 1974. With over 45 years of experience in the industrial painting field, he oversees the technical delivery of KTA’s products and services, acts as a senior consultant and client liaison on many multi-disciplinary projects, and serves as a principal specification writer/reviewer. Ken is a NACE Certified Coatings Inspector Level 3 (Peer Review), an SSPC Certified Protective Coatings Specialist, and an SSPC C-3 Supervisor/Competent Person for the Deleading of Industrial Structures. He is a Past President of the SSPC, Chairman of the Commercial Coatings Committee, Chairman of the Committee on Surface Preparation, Chairman of the Visual Standards Committee, Chairman of the Task Group on Containment, and is a member of the Standards Review Committee. He is also Past Chairman of ASTM D1 on Paints and Related Coatings, Materials, and Applications. Mr. Trimber authored The Industrial Lead Paint Removal Handbook and co-authored Volume 2 of the Handbook: Project Design. He has been formally recognized by industry associations/publications on numerous occasions including being selected by JPCL in 2004, 2009, and 2012 as one of the Top Leaders and Thinkers in the Coatings & Linings Industry, and was named the SSPC Honorary Life Member in 2015. | Contact Me

Ken is the Director Emeritus of KTA-Tator, Inc., the son of KTA’s founder, and an internationally renowned industry expert with over 45 years of experience in the field of protective coatings. He is a registered Professional Engineer (California, Florida, Michigan, Pennsylvania), is accredited as a Corrosion Specialist by NACE, is a NACE Certified Coatings Inspector Level 3 (Peer Review), and is an SSPC Certified Protective Coatings Specialist. Ken serves as a senior consultant and expert witness on many projects and contributes articles to various technical publications. Ken was selected by the JPCL in 2009 as one of 25 Top Leaders and Thinkers in the Coatings & Linings Industry for the past 25 years. He holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Lafayette College and an MBA from Columbia University. | Contact Me

David McFayden is CEO of KTA. Dave has over 25 years of operations management, large program management and business planning experience both domestically and internationally for both the private and public sector including the Department of Homeland Security. Services under his direction have included program and project management, policy development, budget development and analysis, engineering design, strategic planning, construction management and operational support. He has had direct responsibility for the management of over 100 professional project staff and contracts in excess of $50 million. He is responsible for the overall performance of KTA-Tator, Inc. including overall strategic direction, client satisfaction and management, financial performance, talent acquisition, and quality of the services provided. | Contact Me

Peter Ault – President KTA-Tator, Inc. & Elzly

Peter Ault is the President of KTA-Tator, Inc., and Elzly. Mr. Ault has been actively involved in various aspects of corrosion control and materials engineering for over 25 years. He began his career performing coating and corrosion research for the Navy and other clients. In subsequent positions, he managed and trained coating inspectors and managed field and
shop coating application businesses. Throughout his career he has studied coatings and corrosion phenomena on a wide variety of structures including ships, bridges, pipelines, storage tanks, and historic structures. Since 2006, Mr. Ault has been a principal of Elzly Technology Corporation, an engineering firm that provides coatings and corrosion consulting services to DoD and other clients. Mr. Ault is an active member of several technical societies including ASNE, SNAME, NACE International, SSPC, ASTM, and NSPE. He is a registered Professional Engineer in New York and New Jersey and holds Coatings Specialist certifications from both NACE and SSPC. William D. Corbett – Chief Operations Officer

William D. Corbett is the Chief Operations Officer for KTA-Tator, Inc. He holds an A.D. in Business Administration from Robert Morris University and has been employed by KTA for over 33 years. Mr. Corbett is an SSPC Certified Protective Coatings Specialist, an SSPC Level 3 Certified Protective Coatings Inspector, an SSPC Level 2 Certified Bridge Coatings Inspector and a NACE International Level 3 Certified Coatings Inspector. He was the co-recipient of the SSPC 1992 Outstanding Publication Award, co-recipient of the 2001 JPCL Editor’s Award, received SSPC’s Coatings Education Award in 2006, and the SSPC 2011 John D. Keane Award of Merit. He is the author of the first, second and third editions of the KTA publication, Using Coatings Inspection Instruments. He also authored Chapter 8 of the SSPC Inspection of Coatings and Linings Handbook and co-authored Chapter 6, “Inspection” of the Steel Structures Painting Manual, Volume 1, Good Painting Practice. John Konopka, CPA – Chief Financial Officer

John Konopka is the Chief Financial Officer for KTA-Tator, Inc. He has been with the company for 17 years serving as company Controller and VP-Finance overseeing accounting, treasury, loss prevention, and management information systems with special emphasis on managing the overall financial operations. Mr. Konopka is responsible for monitoring the financial status of the Company through corporate financial tracking and reporting systems, administering KTA’s retirement/profit sharing plans, and working with the Human Resources Manager and KTA’s insurer on worker’s compensation/benefits issues. A Certified Public Accountant with a total of 24 years experience in corporate accounting and six years of public accounting, he holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Youngstown State University. | Contact Me

Wendy D. Dameron – Chief Human Resources Officer

Wendy Dameron is the Chief Human Resources Officer for KTA where she has been employed for over 22 years. In this position, she is responsible for recruiting, hiring, performance management, benefits management, policy management, federal/state policies compliance, and employee relations. Wendy is a founder and active participant of KTA’s HealthierYou wellness and the Employee Recognition committees. She is also a member of the Fundraising Committee and is instrumental in the organization and implementation of year-round fundraising activities in support of both Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh and other charities. She is also instrumental in planning/managing numerous wellness activities offered to employees and their spouses in support of KTA’s health care reimbursement programs. Wendy is certified as a PHR – Professional in Human Resources through, the HR Certification Institute (HRCI), and a SHRM CP, Certified Professional through the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM). Contact Me
