KTA program and project management services range from the support of individual painting projects to providing a one-stop-shop to handle all aspects of an entire national painting program. Our nationwide staff has years of experience working with commercial building owners and can create and manage individual projects and programs in a variety of ways.
KTA provides on-call technical assistance and quality assurance services to supplement painting programs that are already in place. When programs are not in place, KTA can develop a new program from the ground up. KTA program management services provide owners with a single point of contact for any or all phases of the work, from pre-project assessments, specification development and submittal review, through construction inspection, completion of punch-list items and final project sign-off. KTA solves the challenges of working around the public, and provides coordination between building staff and management, contractors, material suppliers, and corporate management. KTA understands how to work in office and open-store retail environments. Lastly, KTA’s web-based program management system allows building owners to log-on and check the status of individual projects, and access pre-construction documents, construction inspection reports, before and after photos, and project closeout documentation.
