The KTA commercial steel inspection group examines roof support system connection points and the quality of welds on sign support and lighting structures. Thorough inspections and evaluations can help to prevent catastrophic accidents.

KTA has a staff of approximately 50 trained and certified inspectors to provide Quality Assurance inspections and evaluations in both the fabricating shop and in the field. Staff certifications include Certified Weld Inspection (CWI), Visual Weld Inspection, and Non-Destructive Testing (PT, MT, UT, and RT). Detailed daily documentation and analytical reports are provided through KTA’s web-based system. KTA also reviews submittals for compliance with the specification requirements.
